How do I place an order?
Submit your order through our online portal or send a purchase order to service@justincasehk.com
A 30% deposit is required within 5 business days to reserve inventory
What is the deposit for?
The deposit holds your order and allows us to begin sourcing/production
It is deducted from the total order cost
When is the pre-payment due?
50% of the remaining balance is due 15 days before the Estimated Ship Date
If not received by then, the order may be cancelled
What is the pre-payment for?
It completes over half of your payment before production finishes
Ensures we have funding to complete your order on schedule
When do I pay the final balance?
Within 30 days of the items arriving according to the Proof of Delivery
Invoices are issued upon shipment completion
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank wire transfer, PayPal, credit card (additional fees may apply)
Are there discounts for large orders?
Yes, orders over $10k receive adjusted deposit/payment schedule
